This information is collected on the emergency contact form which we are required to keep hold of by law.

Booking Cancellations 
‍
We understand that life can get in the way sometimes and you may have to reschedule, if you need to make any changes to a booking please contact us as soon as possible.
‍
If you contact us over a week before the arranged date we will first offer to re schedule for another day, if that is not possible we will offer a full refund - a £10 admin fee.
‍
If you need to cancel within the week we will offer to reschedule for another day, if that is not possible we will be able to offer a 50% refund.
‍
If you cancel within 24 hours of the booking we will still offer a re schedule date, however at this time we are unable to offer a refund. 
‍
In the very unlikely event we have to cancel, you will be offered an alternate date, and if that is not satisfactory we will provide a full refund. This is only ever likely to happen due to Adverse Weather or injury. We aim to fulfil every booking and it would be extremely disappointing for us to have to cancel. 

Equipment 
‍
It's compulsory to wear a certified cycling helmet throughout any Sublime Rides Session. Additional body armour including eye-wear, gloves and knee pads are strongly recommended. Waterproof clothing is also strongly recommended, the weather is changeable so please pack for all eventualities.

The bike you use for your session should be in good working order. Sublime Rides  reserve the right to cancel the session without a refund should the rider’s bike be deemed unsafe for use. Please contact us before hand if you have ANY queries.
